Office Manager

TCRC, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that provides services and support for persons with developmental disabilities.

TCRC currently has a full-time opening for an Office Manager at our Newlun Center facility in Tremont. 

This position is responsible for managing the front office, maintaining donor data, filing, payroll data entry, greeting guests, and facilitating communication facility-wide.

 

A High School diploma is required. Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field is preferred.  The individual must be knowledgeable in general office practices and procedures. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.  Knowledge in data entry is helpful.  Must be able to pass various background checks. Individual must have a valid driver's license and be able to meet TCRC's criteria for an acceptable driver.
