Mechanic

TCRC, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that provides services and support for persons in Tazewell and other area counties, helping individuals to achieve as much independence as possible. We Care, the long-time rural transportation provider in Tazewell and Woodford counties, has recently joined the TCRC family. We currently have a full-time Mechanic position open.

The successful candidate will join the team that is responsible for the preventative, and other, maintenance on vehicles, ensure that all vehicles are properly inspected, monitor supplies, and keep accurate records.

Competitive Wages and Benefits.

The successful candidate will be an ASE Certified Technician (A 1- 8), or have comparable experience. Will work with a range of vehicles, including paratransit vans. Interested applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to pass criminal background, and other, checks. Applicants must also have a current driver's license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and be able to operate all vehicles in the fleet.
