TCRC, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that provides services and support for persons with developmental disabilities. TCRC currently has an opening for a Director of Casemanagement Services in Tremont.

This position is responsible for the oversight of Casemanagement Services in relation to individual programming needs, providing training for current and new casemanagers, and completing intake packets for all new admissions into the CDS program. Maintain direct contact with individuals supported, parents, guardians, outside agencies, family, and other professionals. Prepare and evaluate documentation on a regular basis.

Interested applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field. A minimum of two years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of the casemanagement system and DHS programs is preferred. The individual must possess the ability to communicate with adults of varying levels of ability, document fully, and write reports concerning the needs and progress of the individuals supported. Must have a valid driver's license, up-to-date automobile insurance, and be able to meet the agency's driving criteria. Must be able to pass criminal, and other, background checks.
